  1. Same with my copy but I love it anyhow.
  2. I have a raw copy in about 9.0. Maybe I need to send it in. Not really worth the cash to get the book gradedat 9.0. Tough to find in high-grade but then again not too many people looking for one. I will say this though, there are no 9.8 or 9.6 & only two 9.4 in the census. If you have one in the super high-grade range it might be worth the effort.
  3. A couple of guilty pleasures from Richard/MrBedrock. Paladin thinking of what bad guy he is getting ready to put away. Matt Dillon throwing down! Thanks to the sellers! Great books!
  4. LB Cole goodness from Dale Roberts All I need is #1 now. Also from Dale Roberts
  5. Figured I'd post some of the books I picked up at WW New Orleans. This beauty from Richard/MrBedrock what a book! From boardie RobbieC a nice Sad Sack #8 A nice Voodoo #7 from Dale Roberts
  6. Always like this book. Suprisingly hard to find in high-grade too.
  7. Got a couple of great slabs from Barton via wormhole (New York to Louisiana in 2 days). Great books, awsome packing=perfect transaction!
  8. Just finished reading Replay by Ken Grimwood http://www.amazon.com/Replay-Ken-Grimwood/dp/068816112X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1327081874&sr=8-1 Super book if you are into time travel. What exactly would you do differently if you had the opportunity to live your life over from 18 years old-43 years old multiple times and what would the consequences be if you changed up certain things. Great stuff.
  9. Got an awsome batch of books from Dales today! Perfect transaction!

Got a big ole box-o-bronze from Ed last week. Great stuff as usual! Grading, packing and shipping time top notch!
  13. Got a great group of Bronze #1's from Paul today at a great price. Perfect grading and I couldn't have gotten them faster if he'd driven them down from Monroe! Thank you!
  14. A great batch of Bronze arrived from Patrick last week and as usual all is good. Another perfect transaction! Thank you!
  15. One of my rare pickups from Heritage. I've always loved this cover and I love Cardy so I was very happy to get this. Considering I got it for $100 less than the Rocky Mountain copy, I am happy. Amazingly there are no 9.8s out there, if you have one, I want it! Any imperfections are due to fingerprints, etc. on the case. The books in gorgeous in hand.
  16. Straight from the Post Office: All the books were graded where I thought they would be.
  17. I've had this one for a year or so. Bought it off the boards and just got a scanner so that I could get a pic up. Low grade, but I love my book!
  18. This was a series put out by ACG in 1955 that consisted of Funny Comics, Pop Comics, Smile Comics, Tickle Comics, Whee Comics & Gay Comics. They were sold 3 for 15¢ and bundled with a paper wrapper. All of the books were a non-traditional size at 5X7¾. I used to have a copy of Tickle Comics but lost it in Katrina and haven't seen another since. I would like to put together the run though.
  19. Got this a couple of weeks ago from James Payette
  20. I got a new scanner (i800), did anyone notice? This is my favorite purchase in the last month or two, Simply beautiful book from James Payette.
  21. Also ebay. Nothing high-grade but very hard to find and I got it for the right price.
