  1. ok, i just called customer service, spoke to Julia, a lovely individual. helpful to boot. this is something that happens and they deal with regularly. 1st. change address on file thru website 2nd. email (must be email or in writing) customer service rep and ask to update my address, give them your old address and new address, for the following submission #'s (list them all). they will then get the new address to the shipping department so your items get to wherever your new address is. 3rd. PROFIT.... cuz that's it please lock this topic/thread
  2. AHA! that was not something i had found, though may have needed to dig deeper, and i appreciate your helpfulness! Two thumbs, way, way UP
  3. I was hoping that a CGC staffer would see this and throw an answer up here, but yes, contacting them directly would be the way to go.
  4. Since the turnaround times are at about 4 mos and some of the books I'm going to send in will be cleaned/pressed, it will take forever. I may be moving and wanted to know if I can submit the books from the current address on file, and change it while the books are being 'dealt with', to have them sent to the new address, if and when that occurs. I'd rather not try a redirect on the return package, while in transit, as I see that as being too last minute and unpredictable. Thank you
