  1. Hello, I am trying to submit my comics for the private signing events, however the submission page has the option greyed out, so I can not click it, is there a reason for that? Thanks a lot for your time.
  2. Nah Grendel I appreciate that I need the truth because I am 95% looking to make money out of this. There’s quite a few of the comics I own (including the ones posted) I have 2 or 3 copies of around the same condition. I’m pretty new so I’m trying to figure out what’s actually considered near mint and what isn’t. However to one point you made, I will refute that based on my research, this comic could apparently be worth over $250 at least if it’s at least a 9.6.
  3. It’s definitely a very tiny imperfection on the bottom left corner of the comic, does that count as color loss? That would probably bump it down to a 9.6 right there then right? Smh. It doesn’t look like color loss to me but I could be wrong. I could post more photos.
  4. I noticed a little crease on the back cover as I took the photo, but couldn’t that be pressed out?
  5. Grendelbo I really appreciate you taking the time you look at my posts. Your account looks like you know your stuff. I have quite a few comics from this time period. If you were in possession of this comic, would you send it in to be signed by the editor and Chief Tom Delfaco, and graded for $80??? It seems like it’s worth it, I’d really appreciate your thoughts on the matter.
  6. I’m pretty confident this is at least a 9.8, but I just need the community back up for reassurance. If this really wasn’t a 9.8 I’d love to know why. Tom Defalco is doing a private signing and grading for about $80 total. Is this worth sending in, would getting his signature as the editor in Chief significantly increase the value? Thanks for your time. Last post for the day.
  7. At the moment with all the pages and the cover having the discoleration, I feel like this is in the 5.0-6.0 range. Is there any sort of process to remove the discoleration?
  8. Damn I rarely see any imperfections, I don’t see how that can’t be at least a 9.6 if you made sure there were no finger prints.
  9. It’s becoming very apparent to me as I look closer at my comics how easy it is for some of these to scuff. Are these considered minor defects? Or am I out a 9.6 and looking at a 8.8 smfh. I mean At first glance these look like right out of the factory. But upon further inspection it is quite clear there are minor defects. Thanks for your time guys. I posted a few comics at once I apologize. I’m just trying to get as much information as possible to understand what’s okay to have in the terms of defects to still land myself a 9.8. Love you guys for your fricken time.
  10. This comic appears to have some factory defects on the bottom of a few pages. Very minor defects I feel like. I’ve read that factories manufacture a lot of comics with these kind of tears at the bottom of the comics. I have a few others I see that’s also the case of having perfectly symmetrical tears. Could this count as a 9.8? Thanks for your time reviewing this guys.
  11. A follow question if it’s at least still a 9.4, is it worth taking the time to get Tom Defalco’s signature??
