    I am trying to understand the following: 1. If I send a book in great condition to CGC and they return it as a 9.8 but the book has clear damage now, what are my options? 2. If I receive the slab 9.8 from CGC and its inner sleeve is loose and banging around inside a slab, what are my options? 3. If several months passed and the book became loose inside the 9.8 slab what are my options? 4. If I want to sell a 9.8 slab with the inner sleeve loose inside by how much does that lower the value? 5. If I realize too late that I purchased a 9.8 slab that has damage to the comic what are my options? 6. If I see a seller on Whatnot who consistently sells many CGC 9.8 slabs with various damages or defects what should I do?
