  1. Stuck at home and updating my Membership cards!
  2. PQ is not nearly as important as eye appeal. As others have stated. PQ can (and does) change each time a book is graded or regraded. Very fickle. however eye appeal is the seller IMO! Give me a sharp looking CR/OW or OW book anyday over an OW/W or White pg book with lesser eye appeal (or MC)
  3. Apologizes see look at dates, just the link.. Ouch! Hey! I may be in the market for a 7.5 shortly
  4. Even so. You say it sold for 49k a year ago. And it Sold for 49k (with bp) now. Buyers still having to pay the same. The losers are the seller(s) ... even more so if it was a "panic" sale
  5. sold for over 49k with BP, and that doesn't count taxes.. not sure what or where it sold for total a year ago. but seems pretty much the same. give or take 1k. not ever book increases within a year. seems this one (at this grade) stayed the same. plus, its a very generous looking 7.5 IMO
  6. My membership card! Love the edges and centering of this beauty! .. every bit a 6.0 looking book in a 5.0 shell!
  7. what @VintageComics is saying is 100% true. I don't understand the argument
  8. step off the ledge. it'll be ok this happens from time to time. like peewee said. it cycles.
  9. Oh yes, its an absolutely great book to own! esp if a GL fan... but IMO will never be near SC4, for many reason.
  10. https://deadline.com/2017/01/green-lantern-corps-warner-bros-david-goyer-justin-rhodes-dc-1201884133/ The article is from 2017. I dont know how much "works" its in, Plus I am not sure they go with Hal again for the GL push. SC22 is just bound to be undervalued forever haha. GL just cant stick
  11. Its not, does eye appeal get highest value. of course... that's said with EVERYTHING. (Comics/ Sports cards / Cars / House / etc!)…. but poor looking copies ABSOLUTLEY still get their value... Its more the fools who price a chipped AF15 with cream pages to one without chipping at OW/W value that have the issue
  12. If it were only that simple. Just because someone isnt a buyer today , doesnt mean they arent tomorrow. Just because someone buys an copy today doesnt mean that the buyer pool is now 1 less. As I said before. AF15 will always be a high in demand book. Fluctuation in price is expected. A bubble burst is not. (Not on this book)
  13. AF15 will always be an incredibly indemanded book. Value can/will/does fluctuate throughout the years, but will never burst. Unless the whole comic collecting hobby bursts. Oh. And Happy New year!
  14. looks across the board for all keys... its the time of year IMO
  15. And at the same time, where there is an AF 15, there is also always a seller.... which can be said for 99.9% of all SA books (leaving that .1% to your imagination )
  16. You aren't serious right? You do realize that's not a real sale and a scam bot. Happens quite often ebay
