Wish I had sigs turned on.

That's quite a problem. hm

However could you overcome such an obstacle? ???

:makepoint:

I can't stand all the extra graphics and writing so I keep them turned off, but I guess it forces me to miss the stuff I'd really love to see as well.

You could turn it on for a day to see the good stuff then turn it off again. (shrug)

I am just floored by this final win price tonite...a $500 book going for a grand on schmeebay...just, wow! I'm floored...thought about bidding but was not greatly enamored with the COW pages and the close crop top edge and right edge... (shrug):insane::o

(shrug):screwy: Why not get a white pager 8.0 or 8.5 that looks much better for cheaper ? I don't get it either ? Seller must be happy.

FYI, the same seller sold an ASM 19 9.4 for $1165 also, and that's well below GPA.

What was the PQ?

OW/W, the only thing I saw not perfect was a short top edge red ink spray, about 1-1.5" and 1/8" wide, not bad but not ideal either. It wasn't enough to kill the price that much though. If my raw ASM 19 wasn't right at a 9.4, I'd have wanted it.

The auctions are full of lots of good books right now.

The problem with those listings is that all the books looked very dark and yellow. Even if they may not have been so in hand they looked that way in the pics.

I was following that as I just sold a 9.0 copy of that book (with better PQ) + wanted to compare. Needless to say, this result = :insane::screwy::sick:

....There's also an FF 51 in CGC 9.6 that's mind numbing. Perfect centering and no impacted staple. Those first print Lovecraft books are also VERY cool, especially the one with the Virgil Finlay dust jacket. GOD BLESS...
