Considering the condition of the last Spidey Annual 1 that sold - this one looks great. There is a 3/4" split in the lower spine but the rest is holding up well with just a little wear on the edge. I am giving this issue a GD/VG - ok after looking at the scan it probably won't hit above a 3.0 but its nice anyhow:). Great colors. SOLD!!!

Thor 147 - Great colors with those darn small defects bringing it down to a FN/VF. Most of the issues have a slight tanning of the back cover like this issue.
