It's a 16 page promotional comic that's being auctioned on ebay. I was attracted to the way the book was being promoted by the seller.

Yeah, it would probably have to be a collector of those promotional books who would fork out that money, or a completionist. Nice pickups on SD by the way, What did you pay for the Pep 23? PM me if you don't want it public.
