It is out already if that is what your were asking. It is a variant cover to Wolverine #55 where he kills Sabretooth. If you are interested, ask your LCS if they have one.

The cover art is pretty nice, but the cincher for me is the old EC Logo/Title swipe.

I'm pretty sure it just came out. People said they saw copies at WW-Chicago.

 

They were going in the $5-8 range from what I heard.

You should be able to find it on the cheap. Heck, I'd imagine they'd give you one. I don't think it's a 1:100 type variant.
