Original Comic Art Twins

4 posts in this topic

This has always intrigued me. In this day and age, its far more common for there to be two pieces of original artwork linked to a published comic page or cover... one pencilled and one inked. So I was wondering, how many of you have multiple versions of the same art? The before and the after if you will.

I have two sets of "twins" in my collection. The one pictured below is Unicron from Transformers: Universe #1.

Also, I call them "twins" but is there a better term to use? And any thoughts as to traditionally which of the two is more valuable?
