How much is Captain America #100 really worth?

Hi guys I have a CGC NM- Captain American #100 I was thinking of selling but guide seems to be awfully high. I've never seen a 9.2 sell for even close to the high guide price. So if anyone has any data on the sales of a NM- CGC Captain America #100 I'd really appreciate it.
