What exists at this price level that you would want. That actually is known to exist. If you had 100K that you HAD to spend on OA?

I would pay $50,000 for a halfpage from the Carl Barks story in Walt Disney's Comics and Stories 52 and have a friend who would pay the same for the other half. I have been trying to track down the owners for years and would greatly appreciate any pointers. I think this is the only Disney comic book page that could fetch $100,000.

I'd buy myself a nice example by a couple of my favorite artists – and I'd invest the remaining 85KK.

(since I really don't consider my art an investment. )

I'd use the money to buy OA of all my favorite artists: Kirby, Ditko, Eisner, Gil Kane, Marshall Rogers, Miller, etc. I'd go for nice panel pages of each (as opposed to only splashes or covers), that way I could have something from ALL of them.
