CGC "MISCUT" NOTATION?

This is the 1st time I've seen this notation ........ QP notations

 

Before the dealers smacked CGC around and got them to change gears, labels used to mention various obvious and value-sensitive flaws like Mis-Cuts, Date Stamps/Writing, etc.

 

Ah, them were the days.
