Apparently you have never been to a Boston Comic Book Convention before.

 

You are describing to a T the Comic Book Convention that has been held in the same Boston location since 1975 from Don Phelps to Will Murray to Great Eastern to Primate Promotions.

 

The "new" Boston Comic-Con is not new or fresh.

 

Comic Conventions are for the collectors and fans. Not for greedy dealers to squeeze a few more nickels out and to give their buddies preference at the art trough.

You know, I'm not a dealer, just a collector,and I live a little too far away, just to pop up to Boston, but after reading this, I think I will make an effort to attend the new con and show some support...what an odd statement to post?
