Well personally, I think the seller is making a big mistake putting this same page up again. Its just going to look like he can't sell the damn thing. He should have at least put up a different page, seeing as he has the whole book. Also with Rushmore456 bidding up primo auctions recently, even if I had the money I wouldn't want to risk bidding against him.

Rushmore456...oh yeah, you mean KrazyKat???

Check this out from the Comicart-L list:

Non Paying ebayer...The guy behind the alias's Brad Savage???

Hello List,

Well that lurker here using email _nasdaq456@..._

(mailto:nasdaq456@...) won my spiderman auction and has yet to answer to

any of my emails.

It looks like he queered my auction.

This was the same guy who was getting on peoples nerves on the list using

alias and what not well his real name is

Matthew Reischer

This is the guy who claimed to own romita covers and this and that. Well as

it turns out his brother owns some nice pieces and from what I hear is a real

nice guy but this fellow matthew is the exact opposite.

In a couple days I plan on leaving negative feedback and thought the list

should know for it they see rushmore456 bid on one of their auctions well you

have been warned

thanks,

Matthew

Because that individual only talks the talk but does not walk the walk.

Remember:

- Ebay allows bid retractions

- Ebay allows unlimited bid amounts

- Ebay does not check your credit/accounts to ensure you can pay

- Ebay will not attempt to liquidate you to recover your winning bid through legal channels

I know for sure there have been deadbeat bidders on Heritage who suffered no consequences other than being told they would no longer be allowed to bid. I don't know what CL does with its deadbeat bidders.

The seller put up the piece just to drum up interest. He pulled the auction because it was a marketing tactic. Not sure why hes doing it again. When i contacted him last month he said there was a lot of interest to buy the whole book and he thouhgt he might just keep it after all. hmm...
