Interesting.

 

1. 95% is about how important the book is, with quotes from Overstreet, pricing and pics from Heritage, and comparisons to Captain Marvel, Batman, etc; but he's NOT a collector?

 

2. It's not near mint. A tape sealed tear, bent upper left corner, and spine creases at a minimum.
