I'd guess 8.5 for the light spine wear & corner rounding. May indeed be 9.0. Nice one!

It is definitely worth CGCing. It could pull a 9.0 as grades are not written in stone; as CGC indicated to me, more than once, that their grades could vary one grade in each direction from their first grade on a book upon resub.
