May I just be the voice of reason and say, "WTF?" You had a group of guys whip some scammer's who know how badly? And for $35 worth of books on your end? That is pretty crappy IMO. What would you do if it had been the $365 the other person lost? Have him whacked? Oh I know. It's all different because it was a girl who got scammed.

Disgusting.

Everytime I see that I laugh.

How you doing Shonuff?

Hope all is well.

Your friend.

And speaking of thieving scammers...

Maybe you should post some evidence or STFU...

Evidence has been posted and you either refuse to respond to it, or come up with some of the lamest lies excuses on the planet. Some of my favorites? I really liked the one where you said that several people use your computer without your knowledge. That's always a classic. Not believable...but a classic. And when that excuse didn't cut it, you came up with an even better one...that a computer I.P. address is like a zip code, and is shared by several computers within the same area. :screwy:

And for those who aren't up to speed, the_shadow_knows is actually Dennis Hooker. He's part of the Terance Leder/PGX/Eugene, Oregon scamming triangle. Here's a post that Davenport made directly to Dennis that he never addressed. I responded to Dennis afterwards, reposted it, and he again ignored it.

Davenport posted:

Here's a long-ago posted statement about ma4pres that mentions Dennis Hooker. I think it's from comicdonna in this thread (link).

If you're Dennis Hooker you might want to clarify your part in that transaction, for the record.

"As I mentioned in the 1st page of the original thread, the transaction I had with them was weird.

The info that ebay keeps on record for ma4pres is:

Christina Leder

4450 Hilton Drive.

Eugene, Or. 97402

(541) 521-2620

When she finally replied from christinascollectables@hotmail.com she gave me this address.

Terance Leder

PO. box 2423

Eugene, Or. 97402

Several days later, I sent another e-mail, and recieved a paypal payment from:

Dennis Hooker

293 West 7th

Eugene, Or. 97401

His e-mail address with paypal is: dhooker@pond.net

with an unconfirmed address, so I sent the book to Terrance.

We are talking about a $529 payment, so, I guess my point is: Who is Dennis Hooker? He must fit in here somewhere. The Leder's must have called him to make the payment. He typed in the subject matter manually with paypal. "

Happy scamming, Dennis. :hi:

Your pal,

Shonuff

And speaking of thieving scammers...

Maybe you should post some evidence or STFU...

And FYI, Dennis...here are a couple of entertaining links.

When you were accused of having the same I.P. address as known scammers Terance Leder and Ryan Elliot (PGX's former restoration "expert")...you had this to say:

"The isp identifer is not proof. Every computer with the same isp server (in a small area) will have that same address. Evey computer does have its own address. But you would not get it from a sent email. Steve Gibson,a computer genius who runs the government security, spent days tracking someone down by their isp address. Im not knocking anybodys "smarts" here but i think he might be a wee bit smarter than the above mentioned gentleman."

Classic. lol

And then, 3 hours later in the same thread after it was shown that this was a lie, you changed your lame excuse to this one...and said your I.P. addresses matched because you let a crook use your computer. doh!

"Just bear with me a second. (Let's say) Z-man ,ft,davenport,(or whomever your friends are on here) come over to your house and ask you to use your computer to respond on ebay. What would you say? Would you say no you might be using it for bad things? Of course you wouldnt. You would let them use the computer. It is the same thing with me. I trusted someone who turned out to be a crook. That is why the ip address match."

Sorry, Dennis...but nobody's buying your nonsense.

What if Shadow had a wireless router with no firewall, and his neighbor just so happened to be that Daniel guy. Daniel could have been linking in to that wireless signal....then the sharing of IP address is plausible.

That will probably be his next excuse...since his first two don't make any sense.

Firewall has nothing to do with it. If there isn't a password set then that will allow others to use the connection, but that has nothing to do with the firewall.

But more importantly, why would you be defending this guy? Or are you kidding?

Or the fact that I am innocent. Please name one book that I sold that was trimmed,or modified in any way.

I never said that people were using my computer without my permission. It is aviable to all my customers. Many people check their email, the status of redemption cards,or many other things. As I am a upper deck redemption center it happens alot.

Did this include sending out a paypal payment/Yes.I have done that many times.

But im sure whatever I say will will be met your your usual negative response. So im out.
