History of Comic Grading

I wouldn't mind going through the timeline of grading since Overstreet came out (or before) and all the lingo and scales that were used back in the day. My limited knowledge has the old

 

Good/Fine/Mint (or was it Near Mint) in 1970

Pristine Mint made an appearance due to pedigree type books. And then it lost its lutre as every snarky dealer used that word on VF books.

Pacific Coast set up their 100 point system but I don't recall how common that was.

Overstreet put out that grading guide and the page quality card.
