Personal Item I am glad I have

In 1996 while I was finishing my PhD and the internet was getting started, I did search for Sprang and found his address. I decided to write him a letter to tell him how much I liked his artwork and how it had inspired me throughout my life. I didn't expect him to write back, but he did. Here is the letter he sent me. Now that he has passed away, I am glad I took the time to write.
