Need GPA on ASM 2 in 1.5

Anyone out there able to lend me a hand on this? I have a friend with a slabbed copy of this book who is trying to figure out a good sale price. Its slabbed by the "others" company and despite my best attempts at explaining the problems there alone, he's still thinking their slab is the same value as CGCs

 

Anyhow, if you could pull the GPA sales on this book in this grade for me, I'd appreciate it!

Ok... so looks like (on average) it's running around guide then. I'm not even going to get into the whole value of PGX v. CGC slabs...
