Think it is worth opening to have CGC'ed or just posting here, get the feedback and keep it sealed?

has a shot at whatever grade they were manufactured at. Looks like an easy 9.6 and likely 9.8 with potential for even sillier grades.

Can't grade a sealed comic but it looks like a gem.

One of the best ones still in the seal if the record holder is in the same shape.

Keeping it sealed is still not the best possible protection for the book. You could open it and always get it resealed if you choose not to grade it. Shrinkwrap machines are easy to find now.

I too would bust it out but only to have it graded. The sealing is neat and all that but as said before you can reseal it if needed.

 

Who knows if you get a 9.9 or even a 10.0, The later'd be a $10,000 book easy.
