To be truthful to one's self I don't see how a "best artist" can be chosen unless there are criteria that have to be met in order to qualify...ie: amount of work... specific genre...yada yada yada...

 

 

Perhaps if you were to make catagories and see who gets chosen as the best at that catagory...

 

For example:

 

Best at portraying the human anatomy.

Best at showing fluid motion.

Best storyteller .

Most prolific.
