I think the Jessica piece is interesting and should go for some $$$ -- but it's illustrative art, not comic book OA. Even if it sold for huge money, it's hard to successfully argue that movie poster art is the equivalent of the cover art to Red Sonja #13.

 

Although I'd much rather have the Frank Cho cover to Red Sonja....
