What % of OS should I expect to pay for higher grade SA Adventure Comics?

I know it's a SNE auction, and they do tend to command a premium for whatever reason, but I thought this was still a bit higher than usual. I was watching this auction and really considered bidding on this book, but not for anywhere close to that amount. Are higher grade Adventure books really that hard to find? Should I be thinking double or triple guide for books I want in 8.5 or 9.0 condition?

Actually, all HG silver age books are way over valued, and I recommend you flush this out of your collections, cut your losses, and reinvest in low grade copper.
