Comics in "EXCELLLANT CONDITION"

Is excellant condition in between nearmint and mint ?

Difficult to tell with that scan....

 

"Excellent" can mean anything from FN to NM on ebay. Or in many cases VG.

Not bought from him and with those, scans, never will.

 

And Excellent is whatever you want to be...not a recognised grade and can hide a multitude of sins.

I looked and he won a lot of stuff this week for $20 - $200.

I agree that "excellent" being a non-term of art is meaningless in comic grading. Ask for extra large scans!

Seems people are eager to believe this guy found some Edgar Church comics or something. Hope they did there homework on these. Heres another auction , comic has some nasty creases at the bottom but stilll he says its camera flash. Check it out.
