What's the best way to submit a silver age?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?

I will be receiving a copy of Amazing Spiderman #6 in VF+ condition tomorrow. I want to send it in for grading right away. I know I have to use the Express Service at $79.00 for submission. But this is the first non-modern book I am submitting. I have submitted quite a few books in the past and have orders in right now. I just have never sent in one this old and want to make sure there is nothing special or different I should do. Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!!!

Make sure you bow to the four winds and cover yourself in cow's blood before you mail the book. Otherwise, no difference between submitting moderns and submitting a SA (assuming you package the books really well).

No, I bought it from someone who tried to sell it on Ebay unsuccessfully, I offered them a lower price then they were asking and they accepted.

Book looks to be in anywhere from a FN - FN/VF grade. So I would submit it under their Standard Tier.
