Update on CGC Forum Philanthropy

Was just checking thread and I saw that there wasn't a post since August I was wondering if it is still going on? CHRIS

Some $$ have already been donated. We had an improptu CGC forum auction in July and some books were sold on eBay in August. Don't know when the next step in this campaign is headed!

Next stop will be a paradise comics auction site fundraiser in November post con. Rounds 1 and 2 were both very successful with many thanks to all those who participated!

The financial goal ($1,000 by the end of September) was met during the forum/ebay auctions, but I haven't heard an update on the goal of getting 1,000 books to Comics4Kids by then. Dam?

I don't believe I forgot, but it's still not to late to donate your books to Comics4Kids that's one area where we can still help make a difference
