In Praise of Title Spash Pages

For some reason I have always been a fan of the title splash, its kind of like the opening shot of a movie with all the credits rolled into one page. So I thought I would start a thread for people to post their favorite title splash pages. I own a few that I will try and post tonight, but a grail title splash is currently on EBAY

I just happen to have this on in my computer at work - recently purchased Hellblazer Title Splash.

Nichols did a lot of interior art on the 90s Deathstroke series, big fan of Slade Wilson, so here is a title splash I own from that series. Thanks again Nikos

Love the Hellblazer splash! I think that was the last arc I read in the title. I enjoyed the story, not sure why I stopped picking it up. Anyway... Great piece!

I also have the Title splash to the first issue of The Pulse in my CAF ... but a lot of it is blue line. Looks nice in person ... the scan, not so much.

Picked this up last month. It's the splash page by Mike Perkins of the new Quasar. I think she looks better than the old one

This one hangs above the door to my office (just enough space) , so I see it everytime I enter and it can also be seen from where I sit in the grading room.
