I would call this a 5.5 Fine minus, but others may have more insight on what CGC would likely label it.

On the basis of what, exactly? :makepoint:

 

I could see a 7.5 structural grade based on minor corner wear, with a full point coming off for edge tanning, expected interior tanning, severe miscut, and CR to OW pages, for a grade of 6.5 :grin:

 

There is no way I grade this book below a FN 6.0 (:

I suspected 7.0 myself but I am not good with this type of books. Tanning? Are you talking about the bc? Or that lil bit of edge of fc? The pages are sticking out there and being that creamish really kills it for me
