How would you grade on this ASM 101?

I'm curious how the group would grade this Amazing Spider-man #101. There's a 1 inch crease on the upper outside corner of the cover near the CCA box and a longer diagonal one on the back. Unfortunately someone with paint on their hands picked it up and there's a stain on the bottom of the spine. The page color is off-white. Centerfold is firmly attached, the center wrap hangs over the rest a little at the top (you can see it in the pic) and the staples are not rusty at all

 

Could it get a VG?

I think it could get a VG, but I don't know about the paint.??!!

Yeah, it kinda looks like a VG. All those defects are allowed and the comic doesn't have such an accumulation of defects that make it look unattractive. So, yeah.....4.0!
