I just read an Authority TPB and it kicked my a$$!

Picked this up on recommendation of Wizard believe it or not...

 

Book 2, 'Under New Management.' The first arc with the attack of God, who happens to be an alien being of immense power by the way, didn't really do anything for me, but the second story arc kicked my teeth in!

Favorite part is when Titan asks 'what kind of heroes show up to fight smelling of booze?' A couple of splattered brains later, Apollo remarks 'the dangerous kind.' 893whatthe.gif

 

Also, when Apollo leaves the Commander lying prone and paralyzed on the ground and tells him he's leaving him for a 'friend.' Midnighter's shows up with the power drill! Great stuff!
