No, I wouldn't give it a six. More like a very nicely presenting 5.5 or 5.0. I say this because I have some slabbed mid-lower grade MIS that remind me of the wear on this. Take a look at these:

That chip of the back cover top left might tip the balance below a 6.0. Otherwise, it's a book that presents extremely well.

Now that's interesting. Your MIS 60 appears to have a big divit on the top edge, good spine wear, and a colour breaking crease at the lower right corner - but it get's a better grade than your MIS 69. Hard to tell because of the size of the scan for 69. Why would that be?
