All Star # 40 on eBay- good deal?

this week a seller has a copy of All Star Comics # 40 graded G starting bid for $99. Does this seem like a good deal? Some of you may recall that I was interested in the copy on Comic Connect, but it has a clipped coupon.

 

Does this seem like a good deal? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

If the cover is attached and all the pages are there it's a better deal than for an incomplete one that has a clipped coupon.

Hales has a 6.0 restored for $172. The CC copy was a Fn + 6.75 copy for $290 with a coupon clipped. In comparison this might be a good deal.
