How's this for a $4 pick-up?

Got this and other posts today at the Manitoba Comic Con.

 

Looks like it got droppd on the lower left corner. 6.0?

Nice pickup for $4.

 

I think that corner crunch along with some other defects (spine stress, small tear, dirt) drop it just below Fine.

 

I'd say 5.5 if it were mine.

 

Not sure what Cap FFreak is seeing that drops it down to VG. Maybe I'm missing something.
