Animal Comics

I am trying to get my little ten year niece into comics. She really loves penguins. Are there any animal funny comics I can look for to get for her? I don't want to lose my last moment before its all about skimpy outfits, boys etc. All help is vastly appreciated.

Maybe a little too pricey or hard to get to be suitable for your niece though -- not to mention that she's probably not a smoker.
