Live Oak is a bedroom community about 10 miles north of San Antonio on I35.

I don't know much about this show - stumbled across it almost by accident.

There doesn't seem to be a web site for the show itself - it's listed in the

calendar section of the LO Civic Center's web site.

 

Anybody gone to one of these?

I've been, it's a good small show... several comic dealers, wide aisles. I went to some about 18 months ago when I was in SA and had a very enjoyable time. I walked out of there with about 50 books (mostly Valiant just for the read) and spent a total of $19.

 

It's worth it if you're coming from as far away as Austin.

 

BTW, Lighthouse and Bubbagump will be set up there. Just look for the really tall guy with a billion TPBs.
