Why does my new book not show up as added?

I have never had this problem before and I am sure there is a simple answer, but I can not find it.

I deleted a book and added another to its slot just like I always do, but this time the book will only show up in the far right hand box titled "Available Comics".

When I save changes the book will not appear as an added comic to my collection.

Am I missing something?

Click on the serial number and see if it will pop into the slot.

It does pop in the "Switch to Cert. #" slot.

But when I click update set it just goes right back and will not add the comic to the

"Current Comic" slot.

Even clicking save set will not help.
