Marvel Preview 26 Magazine

Here is my 2nd question. This book has the bindery tear up in the tlc (& to a lesser degree on blc) that is somewhat common on magazines. At what point does this become not an issue? Does it drag a 9.4 down to a 9.2? A 9.0 down to an 8.5? Thanks for any help again.
