WTB Richie Rich original art

I am looking for a page of original Richie Rich original art for a Christmas gift for my wife. I would prefer a one page gag or a page with some nice panels of Richie Rich. Looking to spend around $100. I would also be interested in a full story or other Harvey Character pieces.

Does anyone know if Ernie Colon does commission sketches and if so how to get in touch with him? I just bought a small batch of Richie Riches that the wife picked up and read a few of and she really had a blast from the past. Iwould love to get something done for her for Christmas or her birthday.
