OT, beyond pissed at my crredit card company

I have to vent, my credit card company has denied a ton of my attempted charges lately. Now I would understand this if they were from out of the country charges but it has been from stuff like the CA DMV, the Starbucks I go to 2 times a week and use my credit card for, Metropolis comics who I have bought from since the 1990's using the same credit card, Heritage, etc. It just drives me nuts because you have to call and try to get things turned on. On one Heritage purchase, I had to call three times. I am at the point where I am ready to switch and find a new provider. It has nothing to do with protecting me, just protecting themselves regardless of the inconvience to me.

That happened to me with one of my cards as well. I cancelled it and got a new one

get a new one! Rates are excellent right now . I have gotten all mine down to 8.49 & 8.99%
