I seem to remember something on this forum with respect to the rarity of this book.

 

It is classified as a Gerber 4 but copies do not surface.

I have a nice VG/Fine, and Vince (Black_Hand) has a nice G/VG. I know of one other copy.

 

It's very hard to find.

I have a couple of copies. My thoughts are that they are scarce but a lot of it may be because of low demand or interest. I would call 31 a gerber 6 or 7 and 35 a gerber 7. But these books may still be emerging.
