FS: Sensation Mystery #115..CGC 8.0

I've decided to sell a few of my choice books, for what else, but to fund more comic purchases! Anyone who tries to collect early 50's DC in high grade, or any grade for that matter, knows how hard these books are to find. Sensation Mystery books which numbered only 7 books in total are impossible to find, I've been looking for some time now. This book is the Crippin copy, I am asking $525 shipped within the US. I feel this is a fair price (about 2x Overstreet) considering how scarce this book, 4 graded by CGC with this one being tied for the 2nd highest.
