Captain America # 59 with small pin holes. grade?

How would you grade this book? It has small pin holes where it was formerly bound with other copies in hardback.

 

It also has small white scrapes near the staple.

 

(Whatever the grade, I still think it's a real beauty!)

Your Fine guess was kind, I was thinking that perhaps the pinholes made the book automatically a VG. Candidate for "Qualified Grade"?

But...because this copy was taken from the bound hardback it's probably trimmed on all three edges. If so, it will get a restored (trimmed) grade from CGC.
