Blue Ribbon Comics MLJ, Help, please

Hi, I'm buying a few books tonight from with a friend and one of the lots he has access to is Blue Ribbon, I love MLJ, but don't know much about this series. The prices are probably at guide. I've gotten some wonderful old (lower grade) books from this collection, but don't know if this is a good series? The one good book, #9, has a split spine, but no scans. These are the numbers 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-11 and 12

 

Just wanted to know if it's really hard to find, or just not around because it's not terribly interesting?

 

There are some other lines, so this is a choice.

By the way, Blue Ribbon is a great title, especially from 9 on.
