PGM Tec's 376 and 377

I recently won 6 silver age Tec's on ebay all graded "good". I was pretty happy because 4 of them were actually more Fine- and really nice, at least to me. These 2 were the only ones with serious flaws and I am wondering if the soiling and creases bring them down to "good". My other question is about page quality. They all have cream pages so I am wondering if this is why the low grading. I am really trying to learn to grade accurately so how much does PQ knock down the grade? Scans are below. Thanks guys!

The top left corner of the back of the 376 is almost detatched, hanging on by about 1/8 inch of paper.

After looking at the scans, is this foxing on the backs and should I be worried about storing these with other comics? If I understand correctly, foxing is mold, right? I use mylite 2's and FB's if this matters. Thanks again!

I think the 376 could go 3.5...definitely 3.0...

I think the 377 could go 3.0...definitely 2.5

unless there's some other hidden defect we're not aware of...
