Our architect came by on Thursday with sketches. By the time we were done, I had my dedicated comic room. It will probably be only 8 x 10 but I figure with efficient shelves it will work out perfect.

Sounds like a great project! My wife and I are discussing finishing our basement so I'd love to hear/see how your project goes including any lessons learned. I'm hoping to do an office/GA room by EOY
