Im interested in buying this for $80 but don't know how much the bug chews on the bottom left corner affect the grade.

No way this is a VGF with the bugs eating pieces out of this...

I was going to say 3.0. Agree with Aces price seems a bit much for grade. I had a GA Batman with some chew but not as much as this that was a 7.0. This being a BA book it's going to get hit harder for this type of damage. Plus there is another piece out of the BC and some creases on the FC. As for price I agree with Aces it's a bit high for the grade. I also sold my VG/F for about $75.

I'll say 3.0 Worth around $55.. There are always a few on Ebay. I'm sure you can get a nice raw one that grades round 5.0 - 6.0 for $70 - $90
