I appreciate the people who responded with the GPA figures.

 

Considering that some people had a problem with my asking, I won't request any more information in the future.

 

I would purchase a membership without thinking twice, because it is a great service. But I just can't rationalize it at this point in time because my CGC purchases are so few and far between (full time student - tight budget), and I reserve my budget for my grails.

 

The books I requested information about were just simple curiosities. Books that I would be interested in, in the future (of course, the FF appears to be pretty darn affordable right now).

 

I didn't want to come across as a troll, however, and I believe the opinions that I should purchase a membership instead of asking for sales figures is justified and fair.

Some people will provide the information -- and some will be upset enough to comment. We're all good people here and their bile is no more than "a bit of undigested beef" or "piece of underdone potato". (shrug)

 

If you want to ask a question or request information -- go ahead.

I don't see a problem with someone asking for infrequent help. I have a friend who calls me from time to time to ask me to look up stuff on GPA.

Actually, forget it...I've actually got free GPA details in the past and although I'm now a paying member, I can't really lord it over anyone, can I?

Yeah, I honestly think that would be a cool thing to do. I suspect it will bring a bit more business George's way, and will also work for those who can't afford full membership. (thumbs u
