Prebagged? keep or remove?

Dumb question but I have some comics that came prebagged. DO you keep them prebagged or remove them and put them in a new bag? Does this effect the grade or value?

By prebagged, do you mean in Polypropelyne?

 

..or do you mean the sealed polybags, like Wizard magazine comes in?

 

If the latter is what you mean, they might be worth more with the bag intact.

 

Although if you plan on submitting the book, CGC doesn't want the bag.

 

If the former, I usually rebag books that I buy from others, no telling how long they have been exposed to the same container, especially polypropelyne.

My understanding is those are the worst bags available for comics and will accelerate damage to the interior. I'd suugest taking them out (I have) and putting them in another bag.

the ones i have that are sealed i just keep them sealed and also put them in a regular bag and board

In the long-run, I don't think it really matters.
